About Childcare and Montessori school Ballymahon Longford. We offer childcare for children and babies from three months to 12 years. We have a baby room, hi-scope room and provide a bus service.Teach na Leanai Montessori school is celebrating 30 years in business. It was established in 1983 as a private childcare facility. Eileen Cooney proprietor and Montessori Teacher has been deeply involved in the Maria Montessori method of early childhood education of young children and is passionate about enabling young children to reach their full potential.

Teach na Leanai childcare is located on the main Longford road 2 minutes from the main town of Ballymahon on the River Inny. We are five minutes walk from the royal canal and the beautiful Newcastle Forest. We also have a large car park area so dropping your children is simple, easy and fast.

Safety and Security are very important to us our door have double locks and all gates to our outdoor areas are securely locked. At registration we explain our procedures for collection where you may nominate other family members or friends whom you may wish to collect your child. Both our buildings are equipped with multiple first-aid kits and all our staff have up to date first aid training.

Parental consent has been given for all these children to appear on the Website.
